You have dots to the top and the bottom of the screen
Just tap the screen to shoot dot (one from top one from bottom) 
   to link them to the center circle
Wheel already contains dots in it
You need to avoid collision with those dots
If you don't touch any other dots and you shooted all the dots: you win!
Game over occurs when you touch another dot
